Restoration Toolbox X Future Archiving

The students would be divided into four groups a) Urban Monuments/ Artefacts b) Heritage Buildings c) Urban Heritage Precincts d) Community Open Spaces Students will introduce themselves and think about particular sites that they would like to work on in each of the groups. Facilitators to encourage thinking about these selections in terms of restoration - what should be kept and why? What is the value? Historical, material, etc. THINK ABOUT OLD BUILDINGS THAT NEED RESCUING. Why do they need rescuing? Students need to understand there’s a risk.
